These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the website condorix.com and the digital financial-literacy services offered by Condorix S.A.C., a company incorporated in the city of Lima, Peru, and registered in Electronic Entry No. 14587321 of Registry Zone IX — Lima Office.
2. Nature of the service
Condorix provides educational content, guides, simulators and calculators for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute personalized financial, tax or investment advice, nor does it replace consultation with a licensed professional.
3. Intellectual property
All published content — texts, images, videos, calculators, the Condorix trademark and the graphic design — is owned by Condorix S.A.C. or its licensors, and is protected under Legislative Decree No. 822 — Copyright Law of Peru.
4. Bulletin registration
Users who subscribe to the bulletin declare that they are at least eighteen (18) years old, have legal capacity under Peru's Civil Code and that the data provided is truthful and up to date.
5. Permitted use
It is prohibited to: (i) copy, distribute or modify the content without written authorization; (ii) use the site for purposes contrary to law, morality or public order; (iii) attempt to breach site security or reverse-engineer its components.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competence of the Civil Courts and Chambers of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima.
9. Modifications
Condorix S.A.C. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
